About me
“Hello, my name is Laura. I was born in Perugia, where I am currently based after having lived 18 years in Milan, 3 years between Ancona and Senigallia and, yes, a few months in London when I was twenty something. Having spent time abroad, I know what difficulties a foreigner goes through while dealing with unfamiliar laws, mentality and rules in a new country.
Since I’ve always worked as self employed, I am used to dealing with the public administration in Italy and I have a reliable network of lawyers, accountants and other professionals that I can refer to for initial advice. Not only that, being a journalist by profession, I am absolutely tenacious. I will act solely in your interests, stepping in to manage a situation directly, if required.
Other than my beloved Umbria, I also know the Marche region well because that is where my roots are. Having travelled a lot for work and thanks to my innate curiosity I can say I am familiar with most of the country and in particular, Sicily and Lombardy, a region which is surprisingly beautiful.
